Luca Tenzi

Luca Tenzi – a corporate security expert with 20 years’ experience in Fortune 500 companies and International Organization –has led security operations in diverse environments. His experience spans multiple sectors including, manufacturing, information and communication technologies, and financial services institutions.

Luca has operated and resided in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, the Far East and Latin America, specializing in country risk assessments and management in high-risk venues including Venezuela, Iraq and Libya. In all instances, he has been trusted to ensure regular briefings for senior management, Chiefs of Staff, company Presidents, and Chief Executive Officers on emerging or latent international security risks and asymmetric threats. Luca is an innovative strategic thinker who has a proven track record of collaboration and engagement with a broad variety of security and business stakeholders worldwide. A keen team builder and mentor, with well-honed cultural empathy and keen diplomatic skills, he has led the implementation and management of global security strategies, risk reduction and loss prevention programs; acted as deputy security director responsible for security operations and crisis management; and served as the first-appointed, remotely located security director tasked with redesigning and implementing international strategy, creating a corporate governance program.

Luca has provided leadership and guidance in compliance investigations concerning violence in the work place, business due diligence, and large-scale corporate event security, and has consulted on multi-million-dollar security CAPEX and OPEX budgets.
