Founder and director, CyBureau, ISRAEL

Dr. Tal Pavel is the founder and director of CyBureau, the Institute for Cyber Policy Studies, Israel, and lectures at several academic institutions in Israel.

He is a researcher and speaker specialized in the tangent lines between international relations, political science and cyberspace, in topics such as cybered-conflicts, cyber-warfare, cyber threats and nation-state cyber actors.

He is working too as Asst. Prof. of Faculty of Information Studies in Novo Mesto, Slovenia.
