Tal Pavel

Dr. Tal Pavel is the founder and director of CyBureau, the Institute for Cyber Policy Studies, Israel, and lectures at several academic institutions in Israel. He is a researcher and speaker specialized in the tangent lines between international relations, political science and cyberspace, in topics such as cybered-conflicts, cyber-warfare, cyber threats and nation-state cyber actors. He is wotkinh too as Asst. Prof. of Faculty of Information Studies in Novo Mesto, Slovenia.
