Irina Stamatović is a researcher in Human Rights and Artificial Intelligence, with an interdisciplinary background in law, psychology, and diplomacy. Her work focuses on the intersection of AI governance, cybersecurity awareness, and fundamental rights protection, with particular attention to ethical and human-centric regulatory frameworks. She has published on AI, gender, and international law, and currently serves as Intervention Manager for Eastern Partnership covering Armenia, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine at HELP – Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe, contributing to inclusive development and technology-related initiatives.
