A Major in the reserve with 15 years of experience in the Ministry of Defense, Robert Bordei is currently leading the Cyber Security Incident Response Team (which includes Cyber Threat Intelligence/CTI analysts) at Visma’s Global SOC.

His portfolio includes the investigation of high-profile cases involving APT10, Ryuk, REvil, Hive, and Play. A SANS-certified expert, he bridges the gap between private sector innovation and military academia, serving as a Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR) instructor for cadets at the “Nicolae Bălcescu” Land Forces Academy.
