Roumiana Atanassova, PhD represents Cyber4All 2.0 European Digital Innovation Hub representative. The Digital Innovation Hub Trakia is also a partner in the CyberSec4OT and OSCRAT projects. Member of the Women4Cyber Bulgaria. Her professional experience includes senior positions in government, the private sector, and NGOs in Bulgaria, Finland, and the United Kingdom. She was a member of Bulgaria’s EU‑accession negotiation team and served as a national representative in European Commission and Council working groups, where she contributed to shaping amendments to the GDPR during the co‑decision procedure.

She works actively on building partnerships in the fields of cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and innovation support. Her academic background spans economics, international relations, European studies, and communication, and she has also served as Director for Academic Outreach at the PMI Finland Chapter. She has managed Big Data projects and was part of the high‑level e‑Government working group in Bulgaria.
