Sergiu-Valentin Dilimoț is the Head of Workspace Techology at Visma, leading the IT Delivery HUB in Sibiu. With an extensive background in information technology and process management, he has previously served as Head of IT and Process Manager within Visma IT, contributing significantly to the company’s operational excellence and digital transformation.

A graduate in Business Informatics from the “Lucian Blaga” University of Sibiu, Sergiu combines technical depth with a strategic vision of service delivery. At the 11th Cybersecurity Dialogues, he brings a pragmatic leadership perspective to the masterclass “Inclusive by Design: Gender, Diversity, and the Architecture of Human Security.” His approach is deeply rooted in Visma’s core values of diversity and inclusion, advocating for security frameworks that are not only robust but also representative and human-centric.
